Artist of the month & Giveaway time!

Your Art Rocks Award!

First let me begin with my choice for Artist of the Month who ROCKS!!!!
Not only does this girl make the absolute sweetest papier mache sculptures that you just drool over each and everyone but she is a sweetheart too! I found this lil gem of a sculptor on Flickr last year and will never forget staring at her pieces wondering how she got them to look like that perfect! I feel so honored to have her as a SpookyTime Jingles artist as well!
Not only is your imagination awesome and as sweet as cotton candy but your craftwomanship is OUTSTANDING! I will continue to add your work to my growing collection for as long as you will have me!

Mine has been since I was 15 years old (now 36) "She talks to Angels" by The Black Crowes. Not sure why but I just love that song dearly.

Jenny does make some darling little pieces and every one is so sweet you want to just pinch their cheeks!!
Tiny Dancer by Elton John. Takes me back every time to probably the greatest summer of my life.

My pick is also an Elton John song; "The One." I'm currently working on an art piece based on the lyrics. (Love the ocean sounds in that song!)

Her little creations are so darling and she is a very kind and caring person. We were honored to received a piece of Jenny's beautiful art.

Now for the song, my favorite all time song is Sailing, by Christopher Cross. I remember summers on our 16' Catamaran and literally, sailing through the summer as a teenager, flying the hull and feeling so free.

Take care...Iva

Jenny's art is comical and sweet! She has a real talent with the Paperclay, that's for sure!

As for my all time favorite song....I'm a jazz fan and I love Rosemary Clooney and one of my favorite songs of hers is "I Wish You Love". The lyrics are superb.

Ah...I LOVE that song! Just heard it the other day for the first time in years. But mine? Has got to be 'Bed of Roses' by Bon Jovi. Yes, I am a closet hair band fan. Can't get enough!

Ahhh, the faces on those little Santa's are precious! Jenny makes wonderful things!

I think "Anna Begins" by the Counting Crows would have to be my favorite. A song everyone can relate to I think.

Absolutley Darling Creations!!! I have not had the pleasure of owning a piece of her Art yet I always miss the boat meaning they are gone before I email. But one of these days!!!! =)

O just one hmmmmmmmmmmmm I have to say CREEP by Radiohead. Sometimes through life I have felt like the outsider always wanting to be a bit different therefore becoming the "Creep" at least that is how I always understood the song........LOL hmmmmmmm now it is stuck in my head...=)

Love jeNny's work too - I love the sweetness of it.

One of my favorite all time songs is Karen Carpenter's version of the "Christmas Waltz". It captures the magic and splendor of the season. My heart just soars whenever I hear it.

I luv the little chickie. It reminds me of when mine were little chickies.

Since Junior High, my favorite song has been "Cool Change" by Little River Bend. We moved to Arizona and I was stuck out in the heat and all I wanted to do was go back home to California and be by the ocean.

Jenny does beautiful work! So very nice of you to give the award to her.

And, So generous of you to give goodies :)

I like a lot of different music, but one that I "connected" with when I was younger was
"Every rose has it's thorn" by Poison. Yup, still love that song.

Thanks so much Dani.

I have so many "favourite" songs, but one that always makes me stop and listen is "Another Day In Paradise" by Phil Collins. I help run a charity for street kids in Eastern Europe, and that song really hits home.

Gosh, it's hard to just pick one, because I have three! But I'll go with 'Tonight, Tonight' by Smashing Pumpkins- I remember turning on the television one day and the video came on... I couldn't walk away! The song itself is truly epic (to me, at least!), it pulls me in and won't let go. I can attribute much of my style to this song and video, and also for really, honestly getting me *into* music. I always sing along too, and make others suffer my off-tune voice ;) I gotta go find it on YouTube now and watch it!
Cheers!
